Hello again!

My dear readers (as few as that may be), I apologize for the lack in posts.  Since my last one my sister got married (can't WAIT to share more about that!). I went to Italy for 10 days with my dad and celebrated Thanksgiving. It's been a busy couple of weeks to say the least!

It is April (if you already haven't had a chance to take a glance at your calendar)!  This is random, but for some reason when each new moth rolls around I associate it with a color - weird, I know - and this is the list of months typed in the colors that I associate them with: January  February   March  April  May  June  July  August  September  October  November  December I know, it's really weird!  :p Back the post. :-) Part of my new year's resolution was to memorize a verse each month and reflect on it throughout the month. When I Survey the Wondrous Cross - Hymn for July

While the words of this hymn were etched onto my years ago, the richness and truth of this song ring true even more so today. When I survey the wondrous cross, On which the Prince of glory died, My richest gain I count but loss,  and pour contempt on all my pride. Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast Save in the death of Christ, my God! All the vain things that charm me most, I sacrifice them through His blood. "Fool's Paradise" - Scale (Acts 9:18)

(I meant to post this yesterday, but with computer and internet issues, it was delayed a day) My blogging buddy, and dear friend, Heidi posted a fun question  on her blog not long ago. The title of her post is Ring Around the Rose Week 3 ~ Dragon Conversation,  and the question was this: How would you go about talking a dragon out of eating you, especially if no weapons were available?
