Have you ever had something so amazing you just couldn't believe it?  Have you ever come across a recipe that seems like it's just too good to be true, but isn't?  Well for me, yes and yes! This recipe. Is. Amazing.  I haven't done a post about it, but I've had to change my diet again - for more health reasons - and this time I've had to cut out ALL carbohydrates.  Yes, my life-long love affair with carbs is no more - BUT, I feel much better after having to cut them out.  It was hard to do, but again, I feel  better. :-) If you want the original recipe, click  here .  Seeing as how I can't eat the honey, I changed a few things about this already amazing recipe.    Looks good, right?
