Listography - List #1...plus a movie

So I think it's high time I did another Listography list! This one is out of my Listography - Your Life in Lists book.  I still haven't finished it (no surprise there). Sleeping better

I'm sorry dear friends, my posts have been lacking something fierce lately.  What with trying to get into the swing of school (figuring out my rhythm, things of that sort), and our computer acting up, I have been a crazy mess.  However, I did want to share with you something that has truly helped me in the past month or so. I love to sleep.  I love waking up in the morning, knowing that I've rested my entire body. Unfortunately, over the summer, my sleep schedule seemed to shift.  I was consistently waking up in the middle of the night and finding it very difficult to drift back into sleep.  If you're like me and LOVE your sleep, then you'll know how frustrating it is when you know your body is not 100% rested. Then I got sick.  Not once, but twice with something of the same kind.  It was miserable.  I was down for a whole week both time feeling like I got hit by a bus.  And in that time, I had the worst sleep I think ever.  A few days after feeling better though my
